ROOT: THE START OF A NEW COMMUNITY

ROOT’s mission is to create "Communal Sustainability" by raising awareness and educating the community about the root causes of social, economic, and environmental inequalities. The initiative focuses on transforming mindsets  to help people walk in their true identity so that  internalized racism and systemic barriers can no longer keep them from thriving. Through building community relationships and partnering with residents, businesses, faith leaders, and local organizations, ROOT seeks to cultivate a thriving, inclusive community where everyone can succeed and contribute to lasting, transformative change.

We foster holistic community development by addressing key areas such as economic resilience, education access, public health, and environmental sustainability. Our focus is engaging with local stakeholders to understand and address the needs of impoverished communities. By working directly within our communities, ROOT aims to dismantle barriers of the mindset. Ultimately rebuilding a community where every individual can be valued  The ROOT Initiative  emphasizes shared responsibility and love, ensuring that all people, regardless of their background, have the opportunity to thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment
