Apostle Tonni Causey has over 20 years of experience in ministry, community engagement, organizing, and development. As the founder and ordained minister of Meet The Need Ministries International, she leads a faith-based approach to community healing, fostering unity and resilience through spiritual guidance and meaningful engagement.
As a Community Connector with Aurora Advocate Health, Apostle Tonni leads the Faith & Health Partnership, connecting residents, churches, and healthcare providers to address health disparities and improve life expectancy in urban areas.
She previously founded Welch’s Janitorial, providing building maintenance and janitorial services across multiple sectors. Now, as founder and CEO of GSI Janitorial and Building Maintenance, she manages post-construction and property management services for commercial and multi-family properties across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota. Her leadership continues to strengthen and empower communities.

Meet The Need Ministries International (MTN) is a community-driven organization with over 20 years of leadership experience in ministry, community engagement, and development. We take a holistic and faith-based approach to community healing, addressing the root causes of inequality and hardship.
MTN was founded in response to the needs of underserved communities, beginning with the provision of food, clothing, prayer, and sharing the Glory of Jesus Christ. Today, we are dedicated to raising awareness and fostering understanding in communities facing social, economic, and environmental inequalities, particularly those rooted in systemic and internalized racism. Our mission continues with a focus on promoting health equity, well-being, and improving the overall quality of life in these communities.
