Apostle Tonni Causey has over 20 years of experience in ministry, community engagement, organizing, and development. As the founder and ordained minister of Meet The Need Ministries International, she leads a faith-based approach to community healing, fostering unity and resilience through spiritual guidance and meaningful engagement.
When Apostle Tonni was the Community Connector with Aurora Advocate Health, she was part of the Faith & Health Partnership, connecting residents, churches, and healthcare providers to address health disparities and improve life expectancy in urban areas.
She previously founded Welch’s Janitorial, providing building maintenance and janitorial services across multiple sectors. Now, as founder and CEO of GSI Janitorial and Building Maintenance, she manages post-construction and property management services for commercial and multi-family properties across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota. Her leadership continues to strengthen and empower communities.

Meet The Need Ministries International (MTN) is a community-driven organization with over 20 years of leadership experience in ministry, community engagement, and development. We take a holistic and faith-based approach to community healing, addressing the root causes of inequality and hardship.
MTN was founded in response to the needs of our communities. Beginning with the provision of food, clothing, prayer, and sharing the Glory of Jesus Christ. Today, we are dedicated to empower our communities by creating self-sustaining, resilient environments where systemic inequalities and internalized racism no longer prevent individuals from achieving health, dignity, and prosperity. We are committed to raising awareness, transforming mindsets, driving change, fostering economic opportunity and health equity. Through our efforts, we aim to break down barriers in the mind, and cultivate our communities where people are living their true identity.Our mission continues with a focus on promoting health equity, and improving the overall quality of life in our communities.
