ROOT aims to raise awareness and foster understanding in underserved and impoverished communities facing inequalities related to social, economic, and environmental issues. We are dedicated to addressing the root causes of these challenges, particularly those stemming from systemic and internalized racism. Through education, empowerment, support, showing one's value and mutual respect, we aim to cultivate healthy, thriving, and sustainable communities and environments.

Overcome is dedicated to empowering young adults from ages 17-26 who have had to face challenges, abuse and trauma. Also those who have aged out of foster care, and Job Corps programs facing the same obstacles. By equipping them with the resources and guidance necessary they can thrive as self-sufficient, responsible members of society. Our mission is to bridge the critical gaps in their transition to adulthood by providing needed support and services, essential life skills, and the tools needed to foster personal growth, resilience, and long-term success.
